Today we decided to stay home and enjoy our yardeven though we could have gone to the beach.
Friends called to go,
but sometimes you need to stick around home.
Today was one of those days.
So we had our own fun and added in some treats!
Lemon-aid, popsicles, oreos and strawberries
They all mix well with sprinkler time, don't you think?

Have you ever put your oreos in the freezer before eating them? Makes a nice cold treat for a hot summer day!

oh, yes! i agree with you, we ran around all weekend, the lake, a waterfront concert, the dairy bar, the diner for lunch. it was so nice today and i felt like we should go to the lake again, but we all needed a day to stay home and enjoy our house and the yard.
Sounds (and looks) like a great decision!
